JSC "Nagļi" is one of the largest and most important carp farms in Latvia and the Baltic region, specializing in full-cycle freshwater fish farming. The company has been providing high-quality live carp to the Latvian market for years, combining long-term experience with modern management.
Our operations are based on a professional approach, sustainable use of natural resources, and strict quality control at all stages of fish farming.
The fishery is located in the former Lubāns Lake basins – a unique natural area, where the following are located on an area of approximately 2,000 hectares:

The extensive pond system and natural peaty bottom create particularly suitable conditions for carp farming. Here the fish grow in a natural environment with a rich food base, which ensures high-quality and sought-after production.

JSC “Nagļi” is a full-cycle freshwater fish farm providing carp breeding material to market ready fish.
The farm has its own breeding "herd" and incubation workshop, where carp and pike roe are incubated every spring. The fish are then raised in ponds designed for different stages of development - spawning, juvenile, grazing and wintering ponds. Such a system allows for a continuous, controlled and high-quality fish farming process.
From roe to fish
The company's main product is live carp, which is sold both wholesale and retail. Fish trade is organized with specialized transport, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery to customers throughout Latvia.
In addition to carp, the farm also breeds other freshwater fish species, providing broader opportunities for cooperation in the fish farming and trade sector.
