All pounds of “Nagļi” are built in former clan of lake Lubāns, so the bottom of ponds is peaty. It specifies that the fish can be grown in ponds, and during the fish catch – they will not die in the sludge. Therefore, 99% of all grown fish is carp. The pike, crucian and tench is also grown. Fisheries “Nagļi” is the fish farm of a full cycle. This means, that the fisheries has its own fish breeding material, incubation workshop, where every spring is incubated pike and carp.
